    Letro

wanted to see how much letro will affect my cholesterol panels? I'm on accutane and don't want it to mess with it to much as elevated levels will stop my accutane prescription.

Depends how much you are doing. It should be fine as long as you aren't blasting. Letrozole is notorious because people use too much driving their estrogen down to 0. Low estrogen will have an effect, I don't think the drug has that direct action. It's secondary to lowering e2 too much.
