b12 while on cycle questikn?
Should I pin it IM or is ot just as effective SUBQ??? was wondering cause id obviously rather go with subcutaneous then IM for pain purposes.. currently running long esters to stay away from frequent pinning bit wanted to add b12 in the cycle... do I have to pin b12 everyday? And is 500mcg ok or should I go with the 1000mcg??? Thanks for any feedback

Mix it up with your cyp or Enth, and pin it.
500mcg on Monday and Thursday works well.

Sorry just realized you asked for frequency. This depends on your B12 Levels from bloodwork, however most docs prescribe once a month @ 1000mcg.

What a doctor prescribes for B-12 deficiency is completely different then what a person using them with AAS
There is really no upper levels that are not tolerable, you really cannot overdose b-12, I am not sure if there is even a upper tolerable intake limit for other B's since a lot of the injectables such as vitamins b12 contains other vitamins such as riboflavin, niacinmide and so on.
Usually b12 is used for macrocytic anemia, which is treated with just a couple injects a month. Sometimes only once per month. That is why the box says 100mcg to 1000mcg once per month since b12 injections are used to treat macrocytic anemia. Just be sure to drink plenty of water.
The dosage and frequency of injections depends on what your trying to accomplish.
If you're just looking to increase your appetite and energy levels, I'd use it sparingly. Maybe up to a couple times a week. Since, for me anways, the appetite and energy effects dissipate pretty quickly, after a week or so. I'd use it just when you're run down, or appetite is on empty.
Keep us posted

Freddy, forgot to mention there are three different types of B12, Cyancobalamin, Hydroxocobalamin, and Methylcobalamin. I'm currently using methylcobalamin and i believe this to be the best one. If I'm not mistaken, I think cyancobalamin is commonly used for chems.

1000mcg/week is what I do. ar-r carries some if I am not mistaken, then there are other one's which have short and long acting in them. Pharma grade that is expensive, it's the good stuff. Don't follow the box LMAO

1000mcg ed is what I've used with my bulking cycles, anything less doesn't seem to hit him. At that dose I get a great feeling of well being and emense appetite.

B12 can be dosed subQ. I run 1ml (1000mcg) daily for 7 days then drop back to 1ml EOD.

^^^Agree with Marcus...I use Cyanocobalamin B-12, requires me to hit daily. I run it at 1000mcg and do it SQ. Works for me wonders.....
