Delt injection

OK I injected 1cc test cypionate in my Delt for First time...I usually do my glutes ..I put it dead in tthe middle pulled back a bit and no blood so I injected after I pulled out needle it started to bleed ...did it get in there or did it bleed out ....Oh and it kinda hurt

A little blood or a lot of blood?
1cc in unless you saw clear liquid coming out for a long time you got it in there.

Sounds like you nicked a vein on the way in, you will be fine. In future get someone to do the injection and try the Z track method.

It bleed like I pricked my thumb and squeezed it ..then it stopped.....I bet your right about nicking a vein ...can I look up z track method ...where would I find info on that ...or I'm just thinking aabout sticking wwith the glutes
