Bad aches in joints & bones. Tips & tricks for relief?

With Lyme's disease (as in from a tick bite) and fibromyalgia combined, I'm frequently dealing with significant aches & pains. I just wanted to drop a line here and see if anyone had some good info on how to help alleviate it.

    Thanks,

You can try the standard msm and glucosamine at 3-5 grams per day. Wont see affects for about a month.
Seeing your case is sever I would look into a anti flam diet (ones ppl use for arthritis)

Your best friend is going to be warmups and stretches. I would allocate at least a half hour to these activities. Sample warm up

    10 minutes walking on treadmill
First two exercises in this video:

Pyramid up on every exercise for 5 reps. I.e. tricep cable pushdown start at 30 lbs for 5 reps, 50 lbs for 5 reps, 70 lbs for 5 reps, stop and rest, do your real sets. Do this on every exercise. If you do this you'll be in the gym a lot longer but it will save you a lot of pain and misery in the long run. As gearbox said look up natural NSAIDs also. I take fish oil and msm chondroitin to this end.

GLucosamine may help. I have also found moderate doses of fish oil have a great anti inflammatory effect

I agree with above and fish oil is a big part or anti flam diet as I already suggested.
Getting blood flowing as cd already stated is a must

Supposedly the omega-3 in krill oil is absorbed better than regular fish oil. There's several reports out touting krill over fish oil.
