increasing sus
Im going to increase my sus from 500 to 750 a week. im on week 5 have had no sides i did 1G of sus the first week and i was seeing gains on the second week. (did 1G cuz im a idiot and followed my buddies advice instead of coming here) so i came here and changed it all around. but I think im gunna raise it to 750. im currrently taking arom EOD at 12.5. and using HCG twice a week at 250. I wanna increase it because my gains have slowed alot its anoying me. I started eating more to make up for it id say 700+ over maintenence. Do you guys think Monday sus 250, deca 200, wednesday sus 250, and friday sus 250 deca 200. would be good timing?

So you want to increase sus and add deca at week 5 of your cycle?
How old are you?
Bad idea stay at 500 mgs per week do not add deca.
What is your pct plab?

@muscleink- I was just reading high E2 can cause bad acne? I am curious the risks of increasing it thanks for the information. there is no way to control E2? you frontloaded at 2.4 what did you run it at during the cycle?

Any manipulation of hormones beyond normal physiological levels will have an impact in one or more biological systems. Changes in prolactin, estrogen, testosterone , DHT, etc can cause problems ranging from acne, hair loss/growth, appetite, sleep, mood, strength, sexual drive etc.
A well planned cycle with proper hormone management can reduce unpleasant side effects or at least make them more tolerable. Increased acne can certainly be caused by elevations in estrogen or testosterone, however I have found the most serious outbreaks to occur (for me personally) correlate with increasing testosterone. Acne vulgaris with androgen/testosterone activation is generally characterized by inflammatory pustules, nodules, and scarring. Managing cystic acne posses a bit of a challenge but there many effective products that can control the spread of acne or reduce the degree of inflammation and redness: benzoyl peroxide, antibiotics, retinoids, antiseborrheic medications, anti-androgen medications, hormonal treatments, salicylic acid, alpha hydroxy acid, azelaic acid, nicotinamide, and keratolytic soaps.
As far as controlling E2, your best approach is using the right AI and dose. There are many risks to elevated estrogen, the least of which is acne. When estrogen elevates as number of changes in blood integrity can occur including: platelets, red blood cell width (RBW), and hemoglobin (oxygen carrying capacity of blood cells). Changes in these parameters increases the risk for thromboembolisms (blood clots), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and stroke. While it may be tempting to take high doses of aromatase inhibitors to regulate high E2 levels, that can pose problems such as reduced calcium absorption, osteoporosis, depression, arthralgia, hypercholesterolemia, lymphedema, infection, cataracts, diarrhea, insomnia.
After my front load, my sust400 was dropped to 1200mg/wk.
