TRT and Tren question
Hi All,
was wondering if I could get some help here. My stats:
37
5'11
197
11% bf
-a few cycles run previously.
Last month, I had my blood work done and the doc said all looked good except that I had "very low" test levels = 359 - range 348-1197. He suggested 200 mg test cyp a month (one injection). SO, my first question is is this a substantial dose for TRT? On the 3 cycles I have run, I have been at 400-500 mg per week of test prop. I had low test before I ever did a cycle as well, 261 range 250-1100. Previously, I felt great while taking test on cycle. Additionally, I went on cycle 3 weeks ago and am on Test Prop, Tren , and Mast. My secondary question here is, do you think I am screwing myself by using Tren? I know Tren causes big time test shutdown, however wouldn't the test prop be making up for the shutdown? I ask this because I still feel really drained like before I ever went on cycle and in between cycles. Thoughts?
Thanks!

200mg/month is not a healthy protocol. The active life of test cyp is only 14 days. That means your bloods will be on a roller coaster and you will likely be feeling worse by the last wk of the month.
Have you included an AI and hCG on your current cycle ?

I am questioning if the nurse that called me to give me the results did not relay the message correctly about frequency of dosage. I'm looking over the report and (shockingly) barely able to read my doc's handwriting. His note states 'Testosterone 200 mg 1 M Q month' - I'm wondering if that in fact is 200 mg a week?

also, my lh - leutenizing hormone - and FSH - follicle stimulating hormone - are as follows:
lh - leutenizing hormone - - leutenizing hormone - = 2.4 / range 1.7 - 8.6
FSH - follicle stimulating hormone - - follicle stimulating hormone - = 0.8 / range 1.5 - 12.4

Q month probably means every month.
QOD = EOD
QD = ED
BID = twice daily
TID = three times daily
QID = four times daily
To answer your question, you probably aren't "screwing" yourself by using Tren . Seems like you are on a downward slope anyway would make sense to use Tren then imo! The test prop won't compensate for it, it is actually shutting you down as well.
Talk to your doctor about the dosing.

It doesn't sound like you have had enough time between cycles of AAS use to get an accurate reading of your natural levels. Your low reading could be due to previous cycles. Did you do proper PCT after? How long after that were you without any AAS before the bloodwork?
There really isn't enough information here to give you solid feedback.

My Third cycle was run for 12 weeks, I realize it was a bit too much for a 3rd cycle in most's opinion and also think that the HGH was not worthwhile:
testosterone propionate - 300/wk - 12 weeks
trenbolone e- 450/wk - first 8 weeks
Anavar - oxandrolone - - 80/ED- last 6 weeks
HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - - 250iu/eod - 12 weeks
HGH - somatropin - - 2.5iu/ED
T3 - 25/ED
I ran this from Feb, March, and April and my PCT was the last week of April until May 25th. My PCT was Clomid and Nolva. I took 4 months off to the day and started this cycle on September 25th. I had my bloodwork done on the 18th of september, so approximately 4 months since I last took an AAS.Last edited by colorado75; 10-16-2012 at 06:08 PM.
