I'm planning to do a clen cycle in about 2 months.
I want to pass from 13-14%(I'm not trying to cut right now that's why I'm so high, normally I'm 11-12%) BF to 8-10%. I carry this fat for about 10 years now and I can't get rid of it by dieting... I need a little boost and according to everyone I'm too yound for AAS. So clen look like a good idea.
I'm planning to do a 2 weeks on/off.
5g taurine day 0-14
3 mg ketotifen day 1-14
supplementation in potassium during a weeks before and after my last tablets of clen.
Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(I'll increase when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day14: 100mcg
2 weeks off
I was thinking on taking the clen the morning with taurine and potassium with meal and my ketotifen 1 hours before sleep.
Any advice/info/comments? I'm open for any additionnale information you can gives me. Thank you.
