After going over this forum,great advise here. I haven't done a cycle in many years and being 41,I've decided to go with a basic test cycle for 8-10wks, hopefully shouldn't have much for sides and easy on the body and maybe gain 5lbs of muscle. Should I expect to hold alot of water and bloat up?I will be eating very clean, no crap. Should I run an anti-est at the same time? and what should I take for a PCT and should I start it a wk after my last pin?
