Test results are back

Just got my results back for my test.

Testosterone Total 460 250 - 1100 ng/dL

Testosterone Free 68.5 35.0 - 155.0 pg/mL



Shit, it's higher than it was 3 years ago. From what I remember my number back then were similar on the free but total was in the high 300's.



Been off PCT for over 4 months. . . . .


How long does Clomid do it's magic? I am thinking the test was and still is raised by my PCT.

I think it's all you at this time. Clomid's gone IMO. Half-life is arguably 6 days. If your interested in increasing your free T begin supplementing Vit D3. Most all are low in it. It will help decrease SHBG which binds T and this will allow more free (useful) T. I'd suggest 5-10K IU's per day and get it tested on your next BW.

Many things influence T levels. Your lifestyle, diet, exercise all may have improved contributing to an improved hormonal balance.

My workouts are definitely better than they were back then. But, I am older too. . . . I was expecting it to be down in the low mid 300's.


But, cool. . . . The higher the better.

After my PCT, other than the side effects, I felt amazing!! I still have more wood than I've had in a long ass time!!

I noticed the same shit. It's better than before cycle. . . . At least it seems to be.
