Sometimes they're just slow. I've placed over a dozen orders with them over the last two years, all shipped to Canada. Sometimes they ship next day and it arrives within 5-10 business days. Other times they take 2-4 weeks to ship it. My last order shipped 13 days after I placed it. My point is that while they do often impress us with expedient processing, one should not be entirely dependant on it.
