1st cycle

Steroid Cycles:
Week 1-12

TEST E
250mg-500mg per week

Arimadex
20mls every 2nd day

Week 13-15

will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out

Week 16-17

Clomid for 3weeks

Thinking of taking Animal supplements:

Animal Pak for multi vitamin

Liver support vitamins

Animal Flex for joint an digestive support

Am think of Animal Stack too but alittle unsure

Any helpful positive suggestion an recommendation would be greatly appriciated

Go with the 500mg a week for the test but you need to look at your adex dose. Try .25 mg eod not 20 ml. Do you have liquid adex (liquidex)?

Do you have tablets or liquid? If liquid it probably came with an oral syringe. If the syringe is a 1 ml syringe and your liquidex is dosed at 1mg/ml then draw up to between the .2 and .3 to get .25 ml. Start at .25ml eod. This will be .25mg.

500mgs a week. I see no hcg and your pct needs some work. You should read our stickies here before doing this so you have a better ideal of what your doing. Then come back and post another cycle.

First Cycle Protocol

Test E or C for 12 weeks at 500mg per week. The 500mg is split between 2 shots that are 3.5 days apart, so Monday morning and Thursday evening for example.

You want to run and AI from day 1 of your cycle to control estrogen levels. You can use Arimidex or Aromasin to do so.

Proper PCT is needed to return your natural testosterone levels back to normal. This will involve the use of Clomid, which is up for debate with Atomini, Nolvadex, and Torem depending on which you decide on.

HCG can be incorporated into your cycle and how to do so is debatable also. Most vets recommend 250 IU every 3.5 days starting in the second week up until the start of your PCT.
