    Evaluate my cycle please

    So first off im doing this for recovery. 5 years ago, I worked out 5 days a week for years. Ended up tearing a rotator cuff, and then had a kid. 2.5 years I ago I started working out again and ended up stopping after 6 months due to girlfriend issues. Then last year I had a bad motorcycle wreck ( took me three weeks to walk again) and then in june I had another wreck. Broke my collar bone in 3 places, shoulder blade in 4, cracked my hip, 3 ribs etc etc. last month I finally got the green light to live life again. also I have one less girlfriend to worry about.

    So my dedication levels are spot on for now.

    Stats:
    27, male
    6.1 height
    Current weight
    191 (down from 210 since green light)
    Current bf%
    calipers said 14% but I know its way off. Im %18 or %19

    Still planning on cutting for 4 weeks or so, just to get the last bit down.
    This will be my first cycle.


    My goal:
    5 years ago I held 220 at sub %20 bf for years, with a max of 230 at %18. I worked out pretty religiously, then life happened and ive lost everything I worked hard to achieve. my goal right with this cycle is to pack on 20-30 pounds of mass and keep as much of it as possible.

    I know do to my higher bf% I should wait a little longer, but with everything going on in my life right now, this is the time cause I have the time and dedication to stick with it.


    Im thinking 2800 calories for the first 4-6 weeks to shed some fat. Then adjust from there. Thoughts?

    2 weeks before the start of cycle planning on taking litro .25 mg or .50 mg ed to combat the higher BF%

    honestly right now I don’t see any reason to do anything other TEST 500mg or maybe 750mg a week for 12 weeks

    Seems to be Test e and C are the same price wise. And seems to be a coin flip when choosing between two. Anyone else's thoughts?

    2 20mgs/day 1000iu/eod 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day

    4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
    5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
    6 20mgs/day

    Im thinking this would be ok. The base was copied from another thread, and I changed it up a little.


    What are your thoughts? Opinions?

    You need more gym time before you do a cycle. I would say a year at least. I know that's not what you want to hear. But thats the best course of action.

    Test 500 mg. a week= 250mg 2x week

    AI needs to be run on cycle not in pct
    HCG on cycle 250iu 2x week

    Not good on the PCT. TRY....
    clomid 50/50/25/25 Fine for first cyle of Test only
    nolva 40/40/20/20

    So with that said I would also recommend you get more time in the gym and get the bodyfat down and the base back before. I believe you will be very disappointed with the cycle if you don't do this first.
