What is the best first cycle ( other than just test)

I've been on test for years and want to start my first cycle of something in addition to it. I have all my ancillaries lined up.

I have access to Winnie, deca , and lots of test.

I want to take it slow.
6'3' 225lb. 10% body fat ectomorph. I've been lifting hard and regularly for 5 years. Eating is disciplined.

Im assuming you are on TRT?

If so, throw in one compound. If you are looking to bulk deca can be a good choice

Agree with Austinite if on gel switch to injections. With that said the first cycle would still be test only but ran at a cycle dose along with a AI and HCG .

This is fantastic advice for TRT. Keep it simple in the beginning. Lots of time down the road to add orals and such. Slow an steady wins the race.

Remember, grow into your dose. Very important.

I will have all my injectable test at pharmacy tomorrow! 500mg a week! Only 40$ a month with my insurance. I was thinking of taking Winnie or deca with it.

People start at 500mg a week of test everyday of the week, its a normal cycle and nothing complicated about it at all.
People here preach it everyday..and the dbol is to kick start the test cause it takes a while to kick in 4-6 weeks.
If he is already on test the adding a normal blast into a HRT program is not going to hurt him in any way.

i would say test and deca would be best, basic stuff, simple yet effective.
