    Help, only 2nd week!

Help guys, I've been placed in a difficult position. Just this week things have changed for me at work and I've been placed in a remote location. The worst part about it is the food (camp), everything so far has been full of grease, or deep fried.
I just began my 12 week test Cyp cycle (frontloaded) 2 weeks ago and now it has all been compromised. I'm thinking that the best thing to do would be to stop premature and save for a better time. Help, what do I follow with? Pct still?

Do u have access to a store? Load up on tuna, whole grain bread, etc. things that don't parish easily. Not much a variety but sometimes u gotta do what u gotta do. I work oilfield and I work about 100-115 hours a week and pretty much live in a hotel. I eat A LOT of tuna sandwiches and supplements.

    Is lifting and issue?

i would stop if i were you, as for PCT, maybe just a short 1 just in case, start it 2 weeks after your last shot,

nolva 40mg ED for 2 weeks
clomid 50mg ED for 2 weeks

if you dont feel normal again after 2 weeks of PCT, you can continue it for 2 more weeks and just drop the nolva dose down to 20mg ED..

Abort. Dont try to force this cycle. Wait until you're ready and can run a full cycle without any perceived interruptions.

And I highly doubt you'll require PCT. Your test levels will rise up to around the 1100ng/dL mark but that's around the test levels of a 21 year old.

Lifting isn't an issue at all, there is a gym here that is well stocked. It would be possible for me to load up on canned goods/whole wheat breads etc on Sunday if that would help at all. Only problem is I could be stuck here as late as Christmas and would have a hard time eating sandwiches for two months straight!

How often does this challenge come up? Is it possible to run a cycle on a normal schedule? If so then yeah abort like mick says, but if its going to b a continuous deal, it is possible to get solid, balanced nutrition from items that don't parish easily.

I've worked in camps before, and have always had options. Not here is seems though. Never seen such poor cooking.

Bro, I've done it for almost a year, I get a variety every 10 days for 2 days when I get to go home. It sucks, but we get cater on location that drips grease. Even when I wasn't in cycle I ate tuna and canned chicken breast and shit because of the option. Even if u decide to abort, I'd STILL stock up on nonperishables

Maybe things can change and these cooks here will get fired this week.
It's probably in my best interest to abort this cycle then it seems is the general agreement amongst members.... ;(

You don't plane a cycle on what if's, should of's, could of's, or sandwiches. This is a no brainier bro.

Forgo the cycle and start it up next time you have an uninterrupted stretch ahead of you with no possibility of interruptions or obstacles.

unlucky on the food mate, i love the camp life been doin it for 3 years now and most of the camps i stay at cook for ppl on diets/training programs. every nite i can order fresh fish/steak/chicken breast and plenty of rice/salads. lunches can be a bit more ordinary tho. i havnt cycled yet as im still figuring if the fly in fly out work will make it difficult (as in transportation of the gear) hope it all works out for u

All I'm sayin is some people don't have 9-5 jobs and their way of life is abnormal and it is possible to get solid nutrition through nonperishables. Sure it's a lil bit more difficult and requires more extensive planning, but no one is saying what ifs and could ofs. I'm saying plan it, but sometimes you have to over come and adapt. With or without cycle. I don't get the luxury of having a kitchen but I still have a well balanced diet.

Stop the cycle and go into PCT, without the proper diet your wasting your time and money. Save the cycle for when you can eat correctly

Thanks guys, I appreciate all the advice. This wasn't supposed to happen, it's sucks but ill cut my losses and save my gear for a better time. On the plus side, it might prove to be a good diet plan! Can I run Nolva alone for a couple weeks instead and see how that goes?

On a side note: if there is a better time in sight, then by all means wait, because it will be EASIER.

But with or without aas, proper nutrition is proper nutrition, regardless of what whole foods u get it from. Cooked or non perishable(or not easily parishabkle I guess I should say)

And I wasn't suggesting he eats sandwiches for 10 weeks, I put it out there as an example to convey the point that there are alternatives, u just have to think outside the box a little bit.

If u look at it, if that's the shit they are feeding him, he should b looking outside the box anyway...

I agree with you Tron, I have noticed a couple guys in this camp that are fairly large and have clearly cycled. Ill strike up a conversation with them this weekend and see what they think of the food.

If its anything like they serve is you'd b better off eating ur boots. A year ago when I transferred to this yard I had to make due. It's a very unconventional diet, but i get all the right macros in the right proportions. I just came off a 10 week cycle(600 test e 1-10, 600 tren e 1-5),while on my unconventional diet, about 13 weeks ago now. After everything leveled out and lost water weight and all that jazz I kept 22 pounds. From 200-205 to 222-227 depending on what time of day

Thanks for all the help guys, as always top notch! So what should I follow up with? A couple weeks of Nolva or what MickeyKnox suggested, that I should require? I have only injected 1.25g of test Cyp so far a far back as 10 days ago. First two shots @500mg (day 1 and 4) and last shot on day 7 (3days ago) @ 250mg. Pct or no pct? I wa also running Aromasin EOD @ 12.5mg

I'm pretty new to the site, but from what i see mick seems to have quite a bit of aas knowledge and as far as aas goes I'm barely novice. If u have any questions about unconventional ways to get all ur macros hit me up lol but if it were me in ur shoes, I'd b inclined to entertain micks advise

Really the only problem I had with that diet was high sodium, but it was more theoretically a problem because I drink so much water and sweat allllll day it didn't present much of an issue. Very rarely does it make me retain water and its typically with range but towards the higher end. But I can almost guarantee its got less sodium then the grease filled chopped steaks lol

I actually work for a frac crew here in midland, C&J energy. There is SOOOO much work here right now.

There is a ton of work out there! I almost considered going back but then remembered how much I hated working for that company. Texas is one of the best places I've ever been to, so much fun and sexy women!

Lol. My issue is I'm Canadian not a duel citizen. I also already have a working visa for the United States with CanElson drilling that doesn't expire until 2015. I'm trying to go offshore or overseas next...... Maybe Thailand, that would be sweet!

Good news, less than 24 hours after the original post the cook was fired and new ones brought in! Everything is back to normal and I was only one day behind on my injection (day 4 vs day 3).
