    Question Bumping up my Test Prop?

    For two weeks, I've been at a low dosage of Test prop. (75mg EOD.) Just to get a little added strength for an upcoming tourney. My strength is slightly gaining and my body weight is still staying level (as I hoped for.) Like most people....I'm greedy, and want more strength

    What can I expect with a bump from 75mg eod to 100mg eod? (More sides,weight gain,strength)? (basically is that additional 75mg per week, worth it)


    Side note: I am also on Halotestin at 30mg ed + UDCA (liver protection) + Liquid stane (AI)

    Everyone is different. Dont be greedy for more though. I always find the nice low steady gains are the good gains

    Good point. I just knew I was already running minimal dosage so the thought to bump it crossed my mind. But as you said...this dose is working, so I guess I can't get too greedy!

    How much time between now and you event? If it's a long time away then the Prop "could" be adjusted up a bit but I don't think an extra 75 mgs a week is going to make a landslide difference and it may add some sides. If it's a short time between now and your event then the Halo is probably the may to go. Check out St.petes log, he has been using Halo and talks about his dosages accordingly.

    22 Days away. Which I'm guessing would not be long enough for the Prop change!

    Yea, St. Pete's the man when it comes to Halo! I periodically check into his log. Adjusting the halo may be the way to go, I'm at 30mg ed. I believe around 40mg is tops recommended.

    I am going to go against the grain and say bump it. Your running less than 300mg of test and while that will yeild gains I prefer no less than 400 to be good cycle 400-500 is a great range!

    That was my original thought process. I knew i was running on the low end to begin with.

    Ive worked with ALOT of people over the last 20yrs. I have found most men do best at around 100-150mg of TEST PROP daily.
