Okay guys I need as much help as possible, I played football my whole life (including college) but I have recently decided that it wasn’t for me anymore. That being said I wanted to start enhancing my weight room production. Due to drug tests I have never used anything other than simple pill creatine so I need all kinds of help.
I weigh 240 lbs
Bench 315
Squat 450
Dead 480
Seriously I need almost a mentor any info will help!
