Letro question

I 'm going to be running DECA AND TEST-E and want to use Letro. It came to me in 1.5 Mg capsules and I know from reading up that I really only need. 25 - .5mg. SO my question is, can divide up the contents of the capsule (which is a white fine powder) in order to get the right dosage and take it with say apple sauce.
