Starting my first sustanon 250 + anavar 20, i have a few questions

like stated in the title i'm starting my first sustanon 250 (injection) + anavar 20 (oral) this coming week and i was looking for a little help with dosage, i'm 22, 6'5", 190lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I have nolvadex available if gyno becomes a problem but i don't plan on taking it until i'm done my cycle.

300-500mg of test weekly is a great start, no need for the oral. check out the educational threads.

The usual beginners dose is between 400-500mgs per week. Can you give us a more informative plan of what you're planning? Eg. doses per week, amount of weeks, PCT..

i'm would assume around 15-20% BF and yes this is my first cycle t-dogg. is the 400-500mg sust per week done daily in small doses or just a single dose per week? and i was going to do 40mg anavar per day. I have 12 week cycle worth of sust and anavar

Ok here is my 2 cents..

Sust 250 can be pinned twice per week eg. mon and thurs. If you wanna run 400g per week do .8ml twice per week and 1ml twice per week for 500mg per week. As it is your first cycle I would recommend running only 1 compound which should be test (sust). As test is the base of ALL cycles. If you run 2 compounds and come across side effects eg acne you will not know which compound is doing it to you. If you are adamant about running the anavar, I would run it on the back 6 weeks of the cycle (weeks 8-14). This way at least you will have a few weeks of seeing how your body reacts to the test.

2 things I highly recommend before even thinking about beginning this cycle are..

Looking at PCT (nolva/clomid) as you have not suggested any and in this also organizing to have an AI (arimidex) on hand in case you run into sides

Diet as I recommend being below 15% bf before you begin a cycle to lower the chances of getting sides

I have Nolva for pct i mentioned it in my original post i am just unsure as to when i start using it.

not quite sure i understand what you mean... I should be above 15% bf to reduce side effects or below 15% bf to reduce side effects?

500mgs per week split every 3days will work. drop the anavar since this is your first cycle. Next you should get your bf% below 15% for health reasons. Read some of our stickies here so you understand more, then write out a complete cycle and one of us will aid you.

Below 15% BF

You can always keep if for another cycle. Or instead of running 40 per day for 12 weeks run 80 per day for the back 6.
