ready to start a cycle need answers.
Hey guys this is my first post so I am new to the site, as Well as steroid usage. I am 22, 5'8'' and I'm stuck at 160 with 3% body fat. The reason I am interested in starting a cycle is because I am getting no size gains. I lift heavy weight low reps high sets everyday for the past year. I am not new to training although I have only recently become dedicated. My diet consists of whatever I want... I mean I eat like a pig high calorie diet and don't see any weight gains. If I don't maintain my food intake I will drop weight like nobody's business. I am getting stonger everyday and really don't see mass gains besides muscle swell. My goal weight is 185 with increase body fat. I am taking 1MR preworkout, protein, and a fatty mass gainer. I would like to know What I should take, how to cycle it, dosage, and What to stack it with. Thanks!

Welcome buddy.
A diet that consists of "Whatever you want" will yield pretty crappy results. This obviously needs to be evaluated by our pro's in the nutrition section.
Lastly, I would recheck that body fat. It's not likely that you are at 3 %.
Best of luck.

I understand my diet is not the best but I should of been more clear. I stay away from greesy fatty fast foods and steer more twords carbs. And if I eat less, I will drop weight. I got food poisioning and was sick for 3 days. I had lost 7 pounds during those days. Just trying to get the right info here.

Yes, but it's not about just avoiding greesy fast foods and eating catbs from who knows what sources...
To gain, you will need to figure out your total daily energy expenditure. This iwll give you the number you need to base your caloric intake off of as you would go into an increase of 500 calories or more. You have to mind your macros (Proteins, fats, carbs) during your bulking diet.
This is all explained in detail in the nutrition section.
FYI - all the steroids in the world will do just about nothing if your diet is not fixed. Steroids do not "add weight" magically. You have to learn how to eat to grow. If your diet is off, steroids will not do anything. Same with cutting, if someone is trying to lose weight and theyre eating above TDEE, they will never lose an ounce of fat.
Please check out the nutrition section. It's not a bad idea to post everything you eat on a typical day so they can critique it.

Check your training to, how high sets we talking. Alot ppl overtrain by copying what the pros do. For natural you should keep sets at no more than 12 for larger bp and 6-9 for the smaller ones. Intensity needs to be high. Switch things up. Drops sets, tri sets try down the rack sets forced reps negatives.
