    son of a... this hurts

    So i pinned in my quad 2 days ago. Not my first time doing it. Followed all my sterilization protocols and my quad is one sore s.o.b. been sore now for over a day. Taken ibuprofen and have gotten some relief. Use a heating pad every once and awhile, but damn it sucks walking on. Feels like my first time pinning, virgin muscle and it no likey

    Did it happen to be called TNT ? Tren Ace/Test premix vial ? If so, I feel your pain, it felt like I had been shot or kicked by an angry horse ! My only suggestion is to pin high on the hip, that hurt a lot less for me... The quad was no longer an option.

    FUK doing quads this is like a crap shoot for me.I have pinned quads and everything is fine.Then in the middle of the nite all hell breaks loose on my leg.I even pin high so unless I really need to I avoid that area.

    Ive pinned my quads before. So i wasnt expecting it to feel like i slammed into virgin muscle. Im going to start rotating through other ing sites.

    Pinning quads doesn't bother me anymore really. It hurts a bit for a day or two still, but if you go do legs in the gym after you shoot, it really helps with the pain.

    Just say no to quads. Plenty of other places to pin IMO! Did it once, never again, almost screamed like a woman....

    Im thinking the el quaderinos need a break. Still sore today but somewhat bothersome when walking. Thank goodness its a triceps and shoulder day

    i rotate glute, delt, quad, and last resort lat. when i get pip in my legs to the point where i can't even walk, i do quad stretches, heating pad, and it sounds crazy but one set of leg extensions no matter what day it is to get the blood pumping with low weight but like 40 reps. it seems to make it feel better at the end of the day. my 2 cents. good luck
