Last second question on dosing HCG

Mixing my 5000iu vial of HCG with 1ml of bacteriostatic water. Then I am going to mix it slightly, remove contents from vial and move it to the 10ml vial. From there I will pull 2 more ml of bacwater and inject that into the 10ml vial. Slightly mix again.

Now, my 29g x .5" needles hold 1CC/mL in the syringe. How much should I pull into that to get 250iu's?

Then every .10 on the slin pin = 250iu.

.10? That's crazy! That's barely putting any into the syringe!

And? Are you suggesting youre unable to read the .10?? Or do think you need more bw inside your body for hCG do be effective?

If I understand you correctly (in the original post) you now have 3cc of BW in the 10ml vial. 5000iu/3cc = 1667iu/cc. It's too complex. Just do what MK says and put 2cc of BW into the original vial and mix. 5000iu/2cc = 2500iu/cc so .1cc (10 tics on an insulin syringe) = 250iu. Done

I can definitely read the 10 mark. That's no problem at all. Just figured it would be more than that.

But MK didn't say use 2ml of bacwater. I said I used 3 and he said go to the 10. So now you're saying something different.

You have to read the change he made in bold to your original post. He says to add 1 ml more to the 10cc vial. That is a total of 2 cc total.

Does eating matter? I just ate dinner! Whoops. Should I wait? Does it matter if I eat right before or right after injection?

    No worries.

Nope, doesn't matter. It's more important to do your injections as close to the same time as possible to keep your bloods stable. Doesn't have to be to the exact minute, of course.

I have 8ml of bacwater left. I can still store that in a dry/room temp area, right?

Also, can I reuse the 10ml vial that my HCG mix is in? Or should I order another one?

3 is an odd number, indeed.

So the injection went crazy smooth. The mixing was a bit hectic. Bubbles were coming out of the syringe when I was injecting the mixed solution into the 10mL vial. Made me a bit nervous. I wasnt violent or aggressive with shaking either. just gently moved vial around.

Bubbles went away in vial and injection went great... I think. Haha. No blood! No liquid flowing out either.
