Ok, I have decided to go ahead and run a 4-6wk Clen+Keto cycle. Its been basic I think as far as doses and a what not but just want to run it by everyone. Depending on how the first cople of weeks go I may only run 2 weeks, looking at shaving about 5-10 pounds.
I will be starting next Mondy and starting day 1 with 20mcg and then upping it by 20-40 each day until I reach 120mcg or if less do to sides ok. I will run 120 up to day 14.
Now if I hit my goal do I still need to run Keto for a week even if I plan to not run Clen anymore or will my body adjust and bring the beta-2s back in line.
Now if I decided to un another 2-4 weeks do I need to stay on the Clen and bring the Keto in for the 3rd week and the 6th week? When taking the Keto do I stop the Clen for those weeks or keep taking it.
I plan on purchasing a heart rate moitor and I will alos keep an I on my BP.
Diet will be 40/40/20 still or should I adjust?
Workouts will still be Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat with some cardio Tue and Thur. I will monitor HR and BP while doing cardio. Should I also watch HR and BP while lifting?
Taurine 3-5g everyday at night
Banana (mornign or night?)
1+gal of water
