Yet another Clen cycle plan, let me know what you think.
Ok, I have decided to go ahead and run a 4-6wk Clen +Keto cycle. Its been basic I think as far as doses and a what not but just want to run it by everyone. Depending on how the first cople of weeks go I may only run 2 weeks, looking at shaving about 5-10 pounds.
I will be starting next Mondy and starting day 1 with 20mcg and then upping it by 20-40 each day until I reach 120mcg or if less do to sides ok. I will run 120 up to day 14.
Now if I hit my goal do I still need to run Keto for a week even if I plan to not run Clen anymore or will my body adjust and bring the beta-2s back in line.
Now if I decided to un another 2-4 weeks do I need to stay on the Clen and bring the Keto in for the 3rd week and the 6th week? When taking the Keto do I stop the Clen for those weeks or keep taking it.
I plan on purchasing a heart rate moitor and I will alos keep an I on my BP.
Diet will be 40/40/20 still or should I adjust?
Workouts will still be Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat with some cardio Tue and Thur. I will monitor HR and BP while doing cardio. Should I also watch HR and BP while lifting?
Taurine 3-5g everyday at night
Banana (mornign or night?)
1+gal of water

IMO clen is not safe or even fun beyond 60 to 80 mcg... Consider stacking with T3 to keep the negative effects on your heart minimized by allowing a lower dose. Those two have great synergy.

I like the carb rotation diet when cutting. I've done up to 100mcg/ed before I got the shakes too bad. Clen works good but I hate the shakes.

Is T3 good to run without running an AS?

You run clen the entire time. Start keto the end of week two. Do not run t3 unless you are on a cycle. You also need to drink more water then you listed.

Thanks I thought T3 should be ran with a cycle. The water is no problem I just added the + because I drink a gal a day now they only thing will be getting that much in on the weekends. I am running around and not really thinking about drinking because stuff is going on and it slips my mind. I will just carry a jug with me thats cool.

Tdogg has good advice. Personally I wont run either clen or t3 without a cycle. Depending on diet, clen can act catabolic as well. Clen affects everyone differently, some people get really intense sides and some dont. At 120 you're pretty much guaranteed to though. You'll be shaky. If you're getting results, no need to increase to those levels. Plus, it will prolong your body adapting to it.

Ok, I have started my Clen cycle and I did not really notice any sides other than a headach each day.
Today is day three and I did 80mcg and I can feel like the shakes coming I guess but not full out I am thinking that tomorrow when I up to 100mcg I will noticed them more.
I have decided to do a carb rotation diet like suggested above.
Gym workouts really have not changed
How long before I see any results I know that sounds stupid because its only the third day but I want to know so I know if I can stay at say 80, 100 or 120mcg.
I plan on ordering keto at the end of the week to have for start of week three I plan to run this until the end of the year (clen).
Keto I only run for two weeks correct? Week 3 and 4.
I have noticed today that my mouth is watering alot, weird.

You start keto at the end of week two. You run keto until you stop running clen . Head aches are from lack of water Id guess.

What is your bf%? Clen is far from a miracle drug, if your bf isn't already low and your diet isn't up to scratch I wouldn't expect any results.

I am about 13-15% bf, diet is good, all sides have gone (headaches and back cramps) except for constipation. I am not sure home much more water I can drink I am at about 1.5g a day and 2g on my workout days. Its not hard getting the water but damn constipation is a bitch. I was not looking for a miracle drug by no means I understand that just something better than the average OTC supplement.
Shakes a little every once in awhile. I have lost 2 pounds since last week I would says that great since I was stuck at 195 for a bit. I guess I could have been a lot harder on the cardio and diet but then again I guess I could have been harder before I tried my first AS cycle. Either way I am happy with the 2lbs.
