    Your experience with clen!

    I'm planning to do a clen cycle in december and i was wondering what was your experience with it.
    I want to know
    What was exactly your cycle?
    What kind of side effects did you feel?
    How many weight did you lose?

    and for them who use t3/t4 can you tell me how hard was it to keep your fat loss?( with what I've read it slow down the normal thyroid fonction).(feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)

    Thanks alot for your sharing it will be really appreciated.

    I made it to 40mcg and got sick. Passed out for 4 hours. Woke up nauseous and puked my lungs out. It amazes me that some folks can take it up to 120. Just goes to show everyone is different. Never again for me.

    I didn't mind it, got up to 120mcg, supplemented with potassium and taurine. Had cramps at first till I supplemented with potassium and taurine, other then that, excessive sweating and mild hand tremorS

    I start at a pretty high dose (DO NOT DO THAT, YOU WILL BE SORRY) because I am lucky enough to feel almost no sides. I get anxiety and slight tremors on day one and sometimes two. It is clear sailing from there.

    Hard to say how much I lost specifically because of the Clen since I was dieting and doing cardio which was probably responsible for most of my loss.

    I don't think Clen is a miracle worker and I probably wouldn't do it if my reaction to the sides were worse.

    It sucked balls and I learned to diet by typing everything I eat into an excel file and have been losing weight for realz instead of shaking like a crack addict and getting heart palpitations

    started 40mg's/day went up progressively 20mg's to 120mg's day. first day was crazy with shakes and anxiety. got used to it after first week, but still had shakey hands during both weeks. i added taurine to get rid of horrible calf cramps. i had no desire to start back up after 2 weeks off after my 2 weeks on. might try it again, but my calorie difficient diet with lack of carbs wasn't the way to go with that. i'd say, drink a ton of water, keep a high protien diet and start at low dose and progressively go at it.

    What kind of side effects did you feel? First time, I took 40 too fast and nearly had a heart attack, scariest moment of my life. But besides that, sweating, jitters, but that faded by my 3rd cycle

    Well I ran 8wks straight at 120mcgs. Its ok. There is better stuff out, if price isnt a issue.

    I hope to drop that much too I'm about 13% and want get down to 8-9%

    I know the diet is still the key but I'm still intesrested by the result you got.

    Currently on day 8 of a clen cycle. Looking leaning but have not measured BF% yet. Taking it with keto. Started at 20 and went up 20 every 2 days. Now at 100. Up until yesterday, the jitters were kind of ridiculous but it is beginning to subside I could barely write and drawing was nearly impossible. Always tapping my toes or jittering in some way.

    @tdogg what do you mean better stuff? what's better and not anabolic??

    I've dropped around 2 pounds but it looks like more. I can see the serratus muscles and abs peaking out and my arms look very cut

    I love clen. I start at 40 work my way up to 120. I did a cycle that went up to 160 but my workouts sucked, I got very dizzy after a lift. I find 120 to work well for me.

    Hands shook like I had Parkinsons and I was wired, tons of energy. If it's cold outside, i just keep walking for half of a block and I can start sweating. When my alarm went off in the morning, I was wide awake before I finished opening my eyes. Took some getting used to, but after a couple of weeks I loved it. Now i'm on Albuterol and by comparison, i feel very little. Had I not purchased it from AR-R, I would have it tested lol. A lot of people seem to have major sides or a low tolerance to Clen. For those people, I highly recommend Albuterol.

    2 pounds, not much... but your BF seem already low with how you describe your result. So that's fine

    Patryn i think i will be fine with clen I'm naturally very resistant to everything

    And about the albuterol do you take it twice a day? Exemple: morning/mid-day

    I hate Clen or any stimulant based fat burners. ECA is the only one I might occasionally still use but as a general rule I stay away from all stimulant based fat burners. They have DIRECT effects on the heart and cardiac system. I've run Clen countless times, and at one point went as high as 300mcg per day. Fat loss sucked compared to ECA for me. I stopped using Clen and haven't used it in about 3 years or so. I used it enough to realize the crap is not worth the touted fat loss benefits. Never again.

    IMO best fat burner:

    am fasted cardio
    proper carb cycle diet
    good weight lifting program
    2 a day cardio when possible
    patience

    I take the Albuterol three times per day. Minimum four hour gap between them. 6mg each
