Had a general blood test done, need some insight into the results...

Had a basic blood test to check stuff, only got testosterone total done, no SHBG, estradiol, etc.

It's showing 20.0 nmol/L and says 8.0-29.0 is the range. Is this low, medium or high? I would say I have a fairly average sex drive, but low energy, mood swings, trouble concentrating, fatigue, medium body fat, problems sleeping, etc.

So do you think it's a problem with my free test and maybe too much conversion to estrogen?

My thyroid hormone test showed 3.25 mU/L, the range is said to be 0.20-4.00 mU/L.

Do you think an AI would benefit me?

was it TSH or T3 reverse T3? Your test is fine. If your TSH is that high your thyroid is not working right.

I'm pretty sure it was just a standard TSH, paper says "THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE". I messed up and forgot to ask for a more detailed blood report.

Your thyroid is sluggish and can give you those symptoms you list. Make sure you get plenty of iodized salt in your diet.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking, I take a drop of iodine maybe once a week or every 2 weeks and I stopped taking iodized salt altogether and noticed I put on weight after that so that maybe it. I'm taking indole 3 carbinol for estrogen and I was taking DIM awhile ago. I'll see if upping the iodine helps.
