what are you running? you probably have too much estrogen in your system. bloat comes from water retention which comes from things like estrogen, too much salt in diet, and not enough cardio.

I would suggest three 30 min sessions a week and clean up your diet. You'll still make great gains and won't look like a bloated mess.
