    Is It TIME ?

    Well, I hope so... Here's the deal.
    I'm 44, I've been an athlete my entire life, always hated weights! Rather practice technique... When I hit 40, (ish) and three kids later, I found myself at 6ft 3, 260lbs. (wtf.jpg) in the last 16 months, I have worked really hard, 45 of cardio everyday and an hour of weights. I have discovered that I really enjoy the gym now, and I have dropped my weight to 226lbs as of today. My diet has been arranged by a bb pal, and seems to be working.
    I have two questions at this point.
    1) what is my bmi/bf % roughly ?
    2) should I start my cycle when I hit my 220 goal?
    Cycle will consist of ; AI = Aromasin PCT = Nolvadex

    Test400
    Tri-Tren
    I know my doses, just didn't wanna type em, bit of a pain on da ass on my phone.
    Feel free to check my album, there's an old pic at 260, and my progress till recently. I've lost 12 lbs since last pic as well.

    I would suggest test alone for a first cycle. Drop the tren and see how you react to test around 500mgs/week. What are your PCT plans?

    Is this your first cycle? If so, keep it test only. Plus Tren is for the advanced.

    You have to get your BF checked. If you want the cheap route, use calipers. I hate the innacuracy of calipers. If you want to really know where you are, see if there is a BodPod assessment location near you. Just google bodpod locations.

    I would start your cycle once you've been lifting for 24 months at least, and your BF% is in the mid teens. Preferably 15% or lower.

    When ready, I would stay away from tren for now. Just run a Test cycle @ 400 to 500mg per week. PCT should consist of both nolva and clomid. HCG should also be used at 250iu twice weekly.

    Welcome! Dont do the Tren yet! Scarry stuff. Read and research it. I am in the process of making this decision myself, but time will tell. Good luck!

    Hmmm, pics are in my album, I see em, is that available for anyone to view? That's why I put em in there ><. I live in a small, shytehole town, unless gnc sells em, it'll be an online purchase ...
    Not my first cycle, have run Tren before, but it was not done properly, much to my embarrassment. I have learned so much here, this is such a great site, thank you to everyone that helps all us beginners learn and safely do what is obviously a passion for us.
    Anyone want to take a shot in the dark at my bmi based on info ?

    Why are you guys so mean to tren :-) No seriously check your sides on something simple like Test E Before hitting tren

    I have run Test Prop/Tren A in the past, worst sides was hair on my pillow lol, I did no IA/PCT because I was uneducated and too eager methinks... Oh yeah, mad, mad wood all the damn time was another side but I can deal with that
