Well, I hope so... Here's the deal.
I'm 44, I've been an athlete my entire life, always hated weights! Rather practice technique... When I hit 40, (ish) and three kids later, I found myself at 6ft 3, 260lbs. (wtf.jpg) in the last 16 months, I have worked really hard, 45 of cardio everyday and an hour of weights. I have discovered that I really enjoy the gym now, and I have dropped my weight to 226lbs as of today. My diet has been arranged by a bb pal, and seems to be working.
I have two questions at this point.
1) what is my bmi/bf % roughly ?
2) should I start my cycle when I hit my 220 goal?
Cycle will consist of ; AI = Aromasin PCT = Nolvadex
