    First Cycle EVER!! need advice

    Hey guys,

    So im a lil nervous as I know literally as much about steroids as I have read in the forums stickies and random tid bits from the net...
    First of all I have only been lifting for around a year...I only started getting serious around 5-6 months ago and I have made some great progress(for a begginer haha)
    Basically i need to lose some weight...here are my stats as of now.

    6 foot 4 inches
    broad build (Maori Genetics FTW!)
    117kg's (257 pounds)

    Now I want to cut down to around 100kg's (220 pounds) I go to the gym 5 days a week and i have lost around 10kgs already just from that but I would like to "Kickstart" the process and im willing to try a cutting stack.
    Problem is I know absolutely nothing about dosages or cycle builds....Is it possible to try a oral only cutting cycle,then hit the real stuff once i want to put lean muscle back on?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance...this forum is a goldmine of info

    Welcome mate

    From the sound of your goals I don't think cycling is what you need at this point. I highly recommend looking at your diet and training regiment in great detail. You're goals can be achieved naturally. If you head into the nutrition section and post up your eating regime we can assist and the same goes for your workout in the workout section.

    Ok cool thx for the quick responses guys...ill check out the sections you mentioned
    But just a general question...is a cutting cycle a good start or should a cut always come after a bulking phase?

    I feel its always best and safer to be as lean as possible before running gear and/or doing a lean bulk. You never want to increase fat cells size imo.

    oh sorry mate,

    To be honest im not sure but it would be very high i imagine. Ill go to the gym tomorrow and find out,thx again for the reply

    You can cut or bulk whenever you want depending on your goals, but if your goal is too lose body fat dont worry bout taking gear right now, abs come from the kitchen, good luck bro
