    need some help

I may have posted this in the wrong section so I'll post it here...

alright, he's my deal. Im 20 years old 5'10 and about 120-125 lbs. Back in high school I didn't play any sports mainly because I'd get bored with them so I mainly do fishing tournaments and hunt. Back when I was 18 my older cousin sold me a cycle of test. I gained about 20 lbs and it really showed then went on a 10 day long backpacking trip and lost 14 lbs during that time and never got back into working out after because my workout partner had to go back to two a days for football. I like working out but kinda the same with sports i'll get bored if I don't see results pretty fast. I'm not looking to get huge but want to put on more muscle and weight. What would be something good for me to try that might stay with me longer than test? BTW I've also tracked how many calories on average I take in per day for the past month and its about 3,000 a day. Would decca be a good option or should I try something else or stacking?

Everyone will tell you this...your too young to take AAS...wait a few years. Until then - diet and hit the gym and you can do whatever you want --- without the AAS!

5'10'' and you weigh 125 lbs, you need to eat alot and workout hard. Gear is not magic and most ppl lose what they gain anyway. Put on 60-80 lbs than think about gear.

Load up on RED MEAT, CHICKEN, PASTA, POTATOES, etc...... Try to do as little cardio as possible and JUST EAT EAT EAT! Its the BEST way to get bigger/stronger.
I myself love farmers walks to bulk the arms up...

I usually eat a burger around 10am every day then lunch I eat chicken, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese then baked ziti for dinner along with other things throughout the day. thats monday wed and friday. tuesday and thursdays i still have a burger, roman 3 times a day with a peanut butter sandwich, then prime rib for lunch and dinner with mash potatoes and mac and cheese. It's a routine i kinda just fell into by living on campus in college. I wasn't looking to stay on anything for a long time. Just something to give me a head start to catch up and keep me motivated.

You should wlk around with tator totts in your pocket and a back pack full of pepperoni pizza. Your smaller than a sexy women! No AAS is going to help you at this point. Eat and lift till you hit 190-200 lbs and then come back and see us.

This is not a flame man...it's reality. Sometimes it hurts but it is what it is!

If you are eating all that - there is no way its 3000 calories.....but if it is - then you need to up it to more than 5000. Anything you take will just revert back to normal once you stop - until you fix your diet. I know its not the answer you wanted but most people will agree..

Its true tho bro. Anything you gain - you will lose AS SOON AS YOU STOP. You really need to get the process started yourself. In my opinion - thats where people go wrong - they want something to jump start them --- when in reality you should FIRST get the jump on it -- and when you know what - where - when - and how - your body works and doesnt work - then you can add some fuel to the fire. If you were a race car driver -- would you hit the NOS right out the gate? No sir.

And FYI Sweet Lou --- not sure if you can afford it - or like it - but MOOSE is great for protein. Its about 78grams of protein per piece - almost double what red meat has - you can order it in the states at fossilfarms.com -

Your best options to begin with are diet and exercise. If you want gains that are going to last, you MUST be committed to a nutrition and training plan. You've already said that staying committed to something is a challenge for you and until that changes, steroids won't offer you any long term solutions. They aren't magic "beans" and any gains would be lost without the nutrition to support long term growth.

I would not recommend nandrolone deconate for several reasons. It can suppress your natural testosterone by 57-80% and keep your natural testosterone suppressed for as little as 2 or long as 6 months after finishing a deca cycle. This will negatively affect your sex drive! Deca is also much harder on your lipids (cholesterol) than testosterone enanthate/cypionate.

There is an abundance of information here. Don't just rely on someone you don't know to recommend a cycle. Understand that building sustainable muscle is a long term commitment. It's a marathon, not a sprint to the finish!

    Your plan: EAT, LIFT, SLEEP.....REPEAT!!!!!

lovbyts, everything i've said is true. not sure what troll means since I'm not a big forum guy. actually just weighed myself for the first time since this school year started and I'm down to 115 now. But, thanks everyone else for the recommendations. Digitalgorrilla, do you have any diet recommendations? Message me if you could help. thanks y'all.

I guess the main reason i'm not bulking up is because I haven't been in the gym. One reason keeping me from it is that it's kind of embarrassing when your 20 and can't put up 145 on bench

At your age your hormonal system hasn't fully stopped developing yet and by shutting your natural testosterone down by using steroids it can have some serious side effects, in many guys testosterone wont reach peak or even worse case symptoms of low test which can have awful sides such as low libido, erections problems, mood swings, fat gain, muscle loss and depression to name a small few.

You also need to build a solid base and from your stats you really need to concentrate on your diet and training otherwise steroids wont help you anyway because even if you did use them and ran the risks of the above your body wont hold onto the new muscle tissue anyway because your diet isn't sufficient to sustain the new tissue.

Please read these threads they will help you understand

Diet, lifting and sleep should be your only focus right now. Gear will be useless and will do more harm then good.

Stop eating burgers and crap food that are full of empty calories. Eat real whole foods, vegetables, nuts and fruit. Visit the nutrition section if you want some diet advice and read the sticky notes at the top before asking for help in there or you wont get any.

145 lbs isnt all that bad and there are a lot of people who do less. I'm doing less right now due to injury and will be for a while but that's life. Cant let it stop you or you will just find another excuse later.

All you need is diet and training. Any aas use will only hurt you at this point.

Ok and I can tell you - I know where your coming from. When I started I couldnt do even ONE pull up. Again - for anyone just starting in the gym - I think this is the best way to start ....

Farmers Walks -- You dont need to be in the gym to do em - and for a guy with smaller muscles - they work amazingly!! They will give you more power in a few days.

And I will PM you in a few......im about to get tip out from the strippers! lol

If rather have my dick work, hit the gym hard, and not have long term side effects from fvcking up my HPTA. Learn to eat and diet for 3-4 years. By that time you'll be able to write a book on gaining weight even before u do juice.

Actually....if you lower your fat, the efficacy of anabolics increases so there is good reason to recommend reducing bf and improving diet. Taking any anabolic when your body fat is high increases health risks significantly and reduces efficacy so the advice offered is not only in the interest of health, but maximizing your potential.

For many member here, this is a lifestyle, not a hobby, and the advice offered is based on science, fact, and extensive experience. We're just trying to point you in the direction of success, not failure.
