    testbooster

    What are some good tb to take and whats a good cycle assist, PCT to take with it

    A good clean diet and exercise are the BEST test boosters. Stay away from any OTC they can fvck you up and give you more problems than any help.

    You can also use zinc. Best thing is to get a full blood workup done and see if you are low in any minerals.

    Thanks but do to my career i dont have the quality of proper amounts of sleep Or to eat Certain food all of the time. And do to genetics my metabolism gaining weight is not my strong suit plus im not looking to weigh 130lbs at the age of 30. But when i can sleep and eat right i do so or do what i can and i was just looking for something to help me get solid gains and keep them without being held back by my career or genetics

    And iv taken things like m-drol with cycle assist and pct but didnt work out for 3to4weeks for career reasons then pissed off 30 pounds like it was my job

    And i weigh 160 only because i cut back on endurance exercise

    If you dont have time to train, eat and sleep propery then just accept that is who you are when you look in the mirror. If you want to become a clown to everyone you know then look into aas more and you can gain a little size and loose it just as fast when you stop. You can also become a member of the viagra group because using a test booster or any aas you are risking ED issues especially if you dont do things right and using a booster or Pro Hormone you are even more at risk.

    There are no short cuts in life without huge risks. If you want to gain size lear to eat, sleep and train. It's all about priorities.

    start lifting/whey protein/more cals, then think about looking at a low dose test e cycle/ai. in the future,after developing a routine diet/training

    If your staying natural ZMA is a good product. It helps keep your natural testosterone production high.

    I'm new and I am reading the posts and learning more everyday. What would constitute a low dose test e cycle?
