    I need some help

    Ok so I'm not sure that I'm posting this in the right area but I'm going to go ahead and give it a shot. Heres some info on me. 21 yo male who has been lifting hard (bodybuilding) for about two years. I'm wanting to do a 4 week cycle on SPAWN PH. I've never done gear or ph's before so I don't really know my ass from a hole in the ground aside from what I've read in forums. I've heard alot of good shit about spawn but that its side effects can be kinda nasty. I want to know what else I should be taking during the cycle (how much and when, how many times?) to maintain optimal health. Also what should I do for PCT? I know nolva or clomid would be the way to go but I cannot get my hands on any. I'm limited to OTC shit. I know milk thistle, fish oil, hawthorne berry, taurine, etc are the way to go but I have no experiance with supplements. I've always just had a good diet (lots of whole milk) and hit it hard in the gym. So if somebody here could give a detailed layout of how I should do this cycle I'd be really gratefull. Again that's what I should have, what day/weeks I should take it, and how much. I know how much of the spawn I should take thats pretty obvious but everything else... Anyways somebody help me out here.

    1. I understand you're asking for help now, but, I'd suggest putting forth the effort to educate yourself thoroughly before going forward with your intentions.
    2. Don't take prohormones lightly, because they seem more socially acceptable or readily accessible.
    3. Before administering any androgenic or anabolic substance, assure that you have the proper ancillaries - which are available on the board sponsor here (AR-R).
    4. Again, once you feel you're educated, educate yourself thoroughly again.

    I feel, given your current circumstances, you may be making a poor decision.

    I've read quite a bit on the stuff but I also want to speak directly with individual who have actually used the shit and can give me their feedback. Trust me I am not going into it lightly. I've poured over different websites for literally days just trying to get more information but their is only so much I can learn without speaking to people directly.

    Honestly gents, I've got diet and lifting down. Iknow hoe to train naturally but I want to give this a shot. I love to lift and just want to get bigger, if the cost of that is some damage to my body so be it. I'm 6'4" 230 Lbs and 7.8% BF. I just want more.

    I'd love to see pictures of you to prove that. Those are some pretty good numbers for someone that doesn't hit the juice.

    Forgive me if I come off harsh, but you're playing with your endocrine system here, and potentially the rest of your life. I have to initially question a few statements you previously made, if you have read quite a bit:

    If you are capable of administering powerful, impacting substances, you should be capable of creating an action plan around it.


    Again, I'm not trying to be a stickler or a dick. I just don't think you're educated enough to dive into what you are planning. Additionally, I don't think you fully understand the potential repercussions of anabolic and androgenic substances, especially given poor practices. A quick Google search of "prohormone, spawn" returned the following chemical formula: "19-norandrosta-4,9 diene-3,17 dione." Then, a quick Google search of that, revealed a ton of key information about it, such as the fact that it is a 19-nor.

    Now, knowing those things, there are some locations here on the forums you should visit, to learn what you need to know.

    Learn about the compound itself (what it is, how it works, it's side effects, how other people's cycles have gone, problems they encountered, etc.):

    I have to question that your diet and training are "down" after two years. I've been training for about eight years, and using AAS for roughly a year, and I can assure you my diet and training are not complete. In fact, I'd be willing to bet most people on this board are not 100% satisfied with where they are at this moment in time. There is always room for improvement. Keep in mind, I am not stating you're too young, I am stating you are not ready.

    Busting my balls here. If somebody want to tell how to upload pics I will happily back my statment about my stats up. I KNOW how to lift, not a small dude. The science behind it just isn't important to me. Like I said I just want to get bigger no matter what the cost. If I can avoid damage of course I'm going to as best as possible but at the same time getting bigger and stronger is no 1 priority. I prefer to just have somebody tell me what to do and I do it. Thats what I did when I started lifting and it worked out pretty well I'd say. Let somebody else worry about the science. If I can't get somebody to answer the questions I'm asking rather than just tell me I'm uneducated or a liar then I guess Im in the wrong forum. rmbX66t1 I feel you man I understand not wanting somebody to dive into some shit and kill themselves but thats why I'm here. I''m not angry I just want the answers to questions I am asking. If I'm still interested I'll ask more questions.

    I'm not trying to bust your balls, just emphasize the importance of a few things. The science behind it should be important, because no matter what, at some point it will be. It is just best you make it important before problems are encountered, rather than after. You have to understand that just like going to the gym and lifting the weights, you've got to go and read about how to properly introduce hormones to the equation. You want the results, so you have to do the work. You asking me to create a cycle, PCT program, on-cycle ancillary program, and supplement arrangement so that you can improve your physique is no different than you asking me to go in and hit the incline bench, swing by and murder those grueling squats, and go for those brutal 5 A.M. runs for you. Tons of people on these forums are more than willing to give you the guidance you need, but they're going to want to see that you care enough to make the efforts required.

    I guess it's trial and error then. I hear you brother I do, but not everybody works like that. I'm just not interested in the science. So at leas tell me this I do
    4 weeks Spawn 2 - 3 caps / day
    Multivit / daily
    fish oil / daily
    milkthistle / daily

    PCT
    liv.52
    Clomid for 4 weeks
    50/50/25/25
    Milk thistle

    Sound decent?

    Man not gonna be quick and easy huh? I understand your outlook, it's just not mine. When I say I've got my diet "down" I mean I'm eating FAR better than your average american 5-6000 calories per day 185 - 210 grams of protein a day. I dont cut I'm basically constantly bulking because my metabolic rate is throught the roof. I know that will change but i cross that bridge when I come to it. No low glycemic carbs. Lot of potatoes, whole milk, tuna, chicken. I stay away from pork. I take whey protein occasionally when my body is sucking from my last workout. No I'm not a freagin dietician but I know how to eat and be healthy enough to bodybuild. Maybe I want the easy answer, actually yes I want the quick and easy answer. At this point I'm figuring just hoping on the shit and lifting. I'm gonna do what I'm gonna do regardless. I guess I'm looking in the worng place.

    5-6000 cals and only 185-200 protein? Doesn't add up really?

    i drink a gallon a day 4weeks on 4 weeks off so i dont get stones. im just too used to spouting off that number.
