Well perhaps I am pointing out the obvious but running AAS at high BF% increase your health risks tremendously! No AAS is going to help you lose weight. Diet and excersise (yes cardio and I hate it too) is the ONLY way. Once a solid base is built then AAS can be used as a means to finish the product.

I know this advise isn't what you most likely want to hear bu I suggest that you post your entire diet from yesterday in the nutrition forum. Include the macros of each food if you know what that is. Those guys can help you shed that insulation so that you are ready for a SAFE productive cycle!

Lunk is absolutely right. His last three words in his above post would sum it all up for me, "SAFE productive cycle!" Using the advise from all the vets here and taking your time to optimize your body, lean muscle and BF < 15% will set you up for a successful cycle...one in which you not only make gains but can keep a nice percentage of them. Good luck man!

Change up your routine and kick it in the a$$, along with good nutrition you'll be over the plateau in no time...
