    Thumbs up Cycle advice

I know most of you will say not to cycle. But I will. No disrespect.
    Lets get straight to business.

    STATS:

    24 years old.

    working out for 6 years.

    weight: 145 lbs

    height: 5ft9

I want to get to 165 lbs fast but I dont want to lose body definition. What you guys prefer?

Sust/deca /dianabol or test/eq/winstrol which one will be a better choice? I know how to do PCT so it is no problem for me.

Some of my friends from gym adviced me test/eq/winstrol but I dont think that will add much weight. I can use tren /test/Dbol but
that will be too heavy for me. So I dont wanna go with tren .

I am thinking of eating 8000 kcal a day and 12 week cycle. So final words?

    Welcome buddy,

I'm just curious to see what an 8000 calorie diet looks like. Do you have anything you can post that you have planned?

    Is this a joke?
If you weigh 145lbs, you've probably never eaten 5,000 cals in a day (apart from gorging on fast food), and now you think you can just take a bunch of steroids and keep up with a pro BBer's diet just like that?

I simply want to add 20 pounds. 8000 kcal every day of the 12 weeks. I am a ecto/meso. I tried to add this weight with natural ways but that doesnt work

8000 cals a day? Good luck with that.

Put on muscle "fast". Seriously!? Building your body isn't like putting on clothes. You don't do it over night and your expectations are absolutely unrealistic. You are setting yourself up for tremendous disappointment.

You are right but with steroids my appetite will fly. I am pretty sure about this. I mean no disrespect. Its normal to think this way.

    Canberk,

It's not all about calories. You can do steroids if you want, but honestly if diet isnt fixed with proper macros, you're not going to be happy with your results and you will be disappointed because you wasted time and money.

Do you now what your daily energy expenditure is? What are your daily macros?

I highly recommend that you post your entire diet in detail in the nutrition section and let the pro's critique it for you.

    Best of luck to you.

Possibly....still a bit low IMO. It sounds like you need guidance on diet/nutrition first. You should post a question in the nutrition section.

It's not just about how much you're eating but WHAT you're eating (macronutrients). If you are unsure of this, I'd suggest you work on your nutrition first before cycling anything.

Nothing comes fast or easy. Nothing.

We ARE advising. Telling you to take steroids when your nutrition isn't set up would be BAD advice.

Listen to what Austinite is telling you if you want to do this CORRECTLY..

If you are ecto/meso(like me) you should be able to easily reach 160(at least). At my opinion you are a pure ectomorph... But even in this case. 145 is very light.
I'm ready to bet that your diet is not good(and by that i mean it really sucks). If I'm wrong about your diet, your training must suck harder. And if I'm wrong with both then you absolutely need steroids ... Get your diet and training fixed before you start any cycle of any kind.

When it will be done keep training for a bit.
If your diet /training are ok keep it simple... Test only will gives you great result. Some blood test could be good too because you could have low test.

Mate Its normal to think I am a pure ecto but that doesnt right. My bone structure isnt that light.Everyone has been a 145 lbs guy in a part of their life.
I mean no disrescpect but you can look kevil levrone's flex wheeler's , teen bodies they dont look more than 145 in these photos. Of course that doesnt mean
I am a kevin levrone or a flex wheeler . But weight only doesnt mean you are an ecto or meso. Nutrition is a very important factor. Even an endomorph
can look very skinny If he doesnt eat well .

Definitely start a thread in the nutrition section. Your diet can use some improvement. Shakes won't get you where you need to be. Your diet isn't terrible but could be better and will help you establish the proper building blocks to launch your success.

    What are you babbling about?
Food is always measured in kCal, since a true calorie is such a small unit that it is only used physics, chem, and the like.
