Hey guys,
Coming to the end of week 5. Test C 600mg/week, Arimidex .5mg/EOD
I'm up 15 lbs, the bulk of that weight was week 1 -2 where I put on almost 6lbs. Body fat is about the same (scale says it's up over 1% but calipers say different). My strength is gradually increasing but nothing dramatic at all as my gym partner is having pretty much the same strength increases and he isn't juicing! I should mention, today was my extra chest day and I was using 10lb heavier DB's on my benches (from last week)...hoping the strength kick has arrived finally.
I've been told by most who know me that I definitely look bigger but I'm a little dissapointed with how it's come on. I feel thicker for sure as my shirts are extremely tight all of a sudden but I thought I'd have more shape to me! My chest is still a real issue as well, just doesn't want to grow!
When you're trying to clean bulk is this normal (about 500 calorie surplus), just be patient and put on as much as possible? Worry about better shape when it's cut time?
My diet and workout routine are in order as I've researched the hell out of that and have had help from members here.
Any advice or suggestions?
