    starting

    whats up guys, i've been reading this message board for a while and its great. i just wanted to know when you guys think is too young to start. i am 21 and i want to make sure my testosterone has leveled out before i start. should i wait a few more years? thanks a lot

    I think that 23 is the best age to start. Most say no youngier than 21, keep looking and researching.
