New to site need good advice
Hi my name is anthony new to the site.I need some good advice from any one out there from pasts or current expierences.First off im 31 185lbs,im looking for a steriod to give me 10 to 15 pounds of solid muscle that doesnt bloat you up doesnt cause hair lose.the range of the weight gain can be slow id like to see the gain over a 3 to 4 month period.i work out 5 days a week take my proper protien some times creatine eat like crazy seems like even being 31 i cant gain the weight i need so if anyone out there can rec a good steroid for me and where a good place to start looking for it and price i would appreciate it greatly.Im a newbie to the steriod lingo so details are a must lol

im new to all this lingo but ill try im 5foot 10 i havent gotton body fat checked but i no its real low.to tell u the truth i really have no fat on me.i eat alot of the same things usually morning oatmeal fruit lunch i eat alot of chicken with protien shake dinner pastas meat i eat small meals through out the day i work in a steel mill i feel like everything i eat i burn off quickly cause i moving non stop for 10 hours a day what is tdee

TDEE= Total Daily Energy Expendature...Post your detailed diet my man...even from your post above I can guarantee your not eating enough and not enough protein for sure!

my diet is not really detailed its kinda all over the place more so eat as much and as healthy as i can since im always on the go would u rec a test

Welcome to the forum! Good to have someone willing to learn. Chunk the fruit and eat meat and carbs. Thats my diet anyways, lol.

believe me ill follow ur guys advise im kinda getting frustrated with my weight.mixing up my workouts monthly i think im ready to try a steroid

For christ sake one thing at a time. Your Tdee and the macros of what you ate yesterday. Trust me. One goes with the other.

Right now steroids are not in your best interest. A solid diet is required to have a successful cycle. Gains are not made BECAUSE of steroids...they are made with an increase in clean cals.
You would serve yourself best heading over to the nutrition sub forum and getting your diet locked tight...spending 6-12 months eating, lifting and learning about supplementation!

Yes. But make sure the Tdee is correct.
And do your macros correctly.
You have to eat to grow. Eating is the hard part

You really have no idea. I force feed myself. 7 meals a day.
Hungry not hungry you eat then eat then eat some more.

You want to bulk and cand handle it 3 gr per lb carbs.
Healthy carbs. Not empty.

Hit up the pro's over in nutrition bro. Really like having a FREE nutritionist at your fingertips.
They will appreciate it if you read the stickys at the top and have an accurate TDEE and a full diet inculding macros laid out before you post up. This will save you both time and enegy witha the back and forth. If your not sure...read a cpl other threads and see how it's done. Lets put the size on before we introduce juice lol

your right i have to get my diet in order before i try steroids this i a really good site guys are willing to help out and steer u in the right direction very happy i found this site

Diet is critical and i believe in what my friends Cape and Lunk told you. You should have that figured out first.
That being said, Test E would be my suggestion when you are ready. Typically a 12 week cycle consisting of 500mgs(split 250 twice a week 3 days apart) is more than sufficient. You'll also need an AI and PCT to go w/it.

on cycle right now my bro cooks for me but i gotta do dishes every 2 hours im hollering at him to make some food its a full time job -.- so hard to force rice n tuna down when ur not even slightly hungry water helps

Honestly...tuna is OK but you need more calorie dense protein sources. Chicken and eggs should make up the bulk of your diet, also some lean red meat. Carb sources such as Brn rice, Oats and sweet potatoes will be eaten every day several times. Also goo fats are required suck as flax seed, fish oil, olive oil...
Do some reading here before spending the $. Eating clean especially to bulk is expensive and that is just the way it is!!!!!!!!!
