    1st Cycle Recommendations / Advice!!

    Hey People!!
    So here's what Ive been doing for my first cycle.

    Week 1-10 500 mg Test E (250 Tuesday, 250 Friday)
    PCT: Nolva and Clomid

    Didnt have any estro sides till mid-week 7 (Im starting Week 8 tomorrow).
    I did have a sore feeling in the right nip last week (week 7) and took 20mg Nolva pills for 3 days. Now im on 20mg Nolva EOD.
    Nothing happened since.

    Stats:
    Age: 23 (almost 24, bday is in dec)
    Height: 6 ft 1 in

    Pre:
    224 lbs
    18% BF
    Bench: 225x6, 315x1
    Deadlift: 315x5
    Squat: 225 x 10, 315 x3

    Week 7:
    238 lbs
    22-23% BF
    Bench: 225x12, 315x4
    Deadlift: 365x5
    Squat: 315x8

    I haven;t really tried my one rep max weights,
    Maybe Week 10, Ill give it a shot. But so far, just been trying to rep out my old 1RMs.

    I had a couple of questions for the pros and vets:

    1. I did buy 3 10ml vials, just to make sure I dont run out for my full 10 weeks. After week 10, Ill still have about 6 ml left.
    Should I push for 12 weeks or 13 weeks instead? Or stick to the original plan of 10 weeks since its my first.

    2. I keep on reading about Anavar . Will it really help me cut at 22% BF? I was considering last 4 weeks of my cycle running 60mg/day week 1, followed by 80mg/day for the next three. I already have the var on hand, but should I Still use it to cut?
    I know I have to tweak the diet and probably gonna add early morning fasted cardio for 30 mins, in addition to 10 min pre workout cardio.

    3. What kind of Nolva/Clomid doses would be ideal for a Test E / Anavar cycle if I do end up doing the var.


    And yes, please feel free to critique anything about my cycle. Any information, suggestions or comments are sincerely appreciated and welcomed!!

    1) you should of been running a AI from day one on cycle. This keeps sides under control.

    2) You should also of gotten your bf5 to 15% or less before cycle. Your diet and cardio are not right.

    3) Run just the 12wks. No need to push it.

    4) Stick with just test since this is your first cycle.

    5) We have stickies above in red you need to read. AI's, HCG , and PCT all is covered. You should of known all of this before starting.

    Definitely running an AI next cycle!!
    I work construction, and have reduced to 12% BF before, but seriously with the low BF I tend to get injured easily (lower back issues) with all the heavy lifting. I dont know, its just a personal thing. My goal post cycle is to be at about 226-230 with about 15-17% BF.
    12 weeks it is then! (I was originally doing 10)
    Ive got PCT covered. the only question I had was if PCT needs to be tweaked when introducing anavar into the cycle. But Ill be skipping the var so I guess its back to the original plan.

    The AI needs to be ran! Side effects happen inside you and outside you.

    I agree with t dog you need to use a Ai while on cycle.And I do believe hurting yourself while under 18% bf is is your head.
