let me add this, I've read and heard nothing but ware stories about the nastyness of the taste. I am having my local supp store dude, order some empty gel caps for me. What is the proper measurement/dose for liquidex? I think there's a killer guy that has the info, but I forget.

the dose for most people is .25 or .5 mg's ed. Some poeple need to take more. The taste isnt that bad. Its not good but just have a drink ready to wash it down. The taste is gone in 2 secs

if you have the original liquidex 4mg/ml it's a sweet taste.
