    Need advice.

    I'm new and wondering where to start. I have never taken steroids before.

    I'm 18 93 KGs and 198 cm.

    I want to just get as big as I can. Thanks.

    i think most people will recommend food, at this point. hows your diet like?

    It's not to bad I'm gradually making it better. Any advice?

    At your age your hormonal system hasn't fully stopped developing yet and by shutting your natural testosterone down by using steroids it can have some serious side effects, in many guys testosterone wont reach peak or even worse case symptoms of low test which can have awful sides such as low libido, erections problems, mood swings, fat gain, muscle loss and depression to name a small few.

    You also need to build a solid base and from your stats you really need to concentrate on your diet and training otherwise steroids wont help you anyway because even if you did use them and ran the risks of the above your body wont hold onto the new muscle tissue anyway because your diet isn't sufficient to sustain the new tissue.

    Food, food, food. I THOUGH I needed gear at your age. Luckily I was scared of needles. I THOUGH I ate good/healthy and enough to gain weight. Unfortunately I was very wrong and my diet sucked. Far to many empty calories and over training. If I knew then what I know now I would have been 2x as big. ONLY if I had the resources of the internet and this forum to educate me back then.

    Visit the nutrition section and learn what you need to eat and when to eat it and proper training and you will go a LONG way and gain as much muscle just as fast any anyone using gear at your age with zero of the negative side effects.

    ^^^what he said, you need to eat then eat some more build muscle with or without gear depends on what you eat. Train hard and get rest, this is how to grow. Go to training to cause alot guys your age make the mistake of overtraining. Large muscle groups keep sets at around 12, small ones 9. I know you going to feel like doing 25, DON'T. Eating is 70% of getting big. So eat.

    Yup, I use to spend 1 1/2- 2hrs in the gym doing WAY to many sets and didnt understand why I didnt get BIG. I was plenty defined but not much real size. I use to eat way to many salads and empty carbs and not enough protien. Dont rely on shakes. Eat real food. You can put 1/4 of the money into food you would spend on a cycle and be 100% better off. I'm sure your parents will provide you with enough of the real food you want if you are eating healthy.

    Yes, when I was 18 I was doing that to, lol 2 hrs in the gym 7 days week. Then I started reading and learning and finally figured it out. Going to the gym is very important but you should be able to do you weight training in about 45 min to an hr. you wanna get big spend a couple hrs in the kitchen lol. And agree use to worry so much about carbs, than I realized protein is used to repair muscle. Not to downplay carbs but num 1 should be protein, than fat than carbs. I used to eat a no fat diet, when I learned proper way to eat and to also get your fats my progress took a 180 Degree turn. But back to op just eat keep you protein at the least 1 gm per lb of body weight but you can go up to 1 1/2 grams. I make good on 1 gm. Just find out what works best for you, we are each different.

    I agree with the guys above.You got a good start keep it up.Hit the diet section and learn how to eat.You can gain a lot more narurally.Keep us informed on your progress we are here to help.
