looking for some experienced opinions on a cycle of primobolan probly run it with test E both for 12 weeks 400mg a week what would be needed for pct and Aromatose inhibitor also are those good amounts of primo and test. might kickstart with dbol for a 4 weeks while i wait for the test to kick in then start the primo on the fourth week and keep doing primo for the twelve weeks of test and then continue primo only for another 4 weeks after that then pct. whats my best option for primo thats the main thing i wanna take primobolan depot. could primo even be taken by itself?

no prior experience just wanna gain some quality muscle and from what ive read thats what primo will do for me and ill be able to maintain the gains from primo as well but ive also read that primo on its own might not be overly effective wich is why im considering test E wich ive heard is a good way to go just want to hear some opinions and reccomendations as far as dose and cycle length maybe some personal experieces with these things.

Well, most of the advice you will get here is that your first cycle should strictly be a longer testosterone ester such as test-e or test-c at 500mg/wk, usually dosed q.a.d. An AI is strongly advised to reduce aromatization effects during your cycle. The reason for test-only cycle first is to assess your response to the ester before adding anything more complex.

Primo is one of my favorite compounds but typically needs to be run at higher doses to yield results.

More important than gear is your nutrition. Most guys claim its good when in actuality it isn't. If your nutrition is off you won't achieve the results and even if you came close, most of the results would regress post cycle without the proper nutrition to sustain the results.

Run a test-only cycle and seek advice on an ideal nutrition plan if you want to achieve the best results possible.....and of course, all of this presupposes you are training correctly.

ok so assume my nutrition is 100 percent and training 100 percent. please tell me dosage reccomendations and what i can take and how long for and how often. basically tell me what to cycle if i wanna do primobolan depot. ive read about it and its definatly what i want to take. just tell me if i need to take anything with it or if i can just do it by itself or what i would appreciatte it if i could just have some straight answers to my questions i can goto the nutrition and training sections for nutrition and training advice wich i may very well check those sections out but since im in the gear forum right now id like strictly gear related answers

^ you dont look like jay cutler or frank zane based of what steroid you take (although higher doses and different compounds can effect it) as much as its how you train and eat.

LOL yeh from what i recall we had a major problem with the language barrier LOL>>> i dont think he ever saw it thru which is most common in there anyways. prob 95% of guys dont stick around. thats not to say they dont benefit but we never see it.

For a start primo needs to be run high I started at 1750mg for ten weeks but dropped it alittle as I feel it's abut too much as for your other question people have run primo without test but its not advisable as it suppresses you natural test system so 400 of test e is fine as primo amplifies the test as well keep well up with ur ai as primo at high doses doesn't hold off estero as a lot of people have said so arimidex etc etc would def be needed and anything under 800mg of primo I would say is a waste of time bud hope this helps!
