90 kg 6 ft don't know body fat % haven't had a test since last course was test e and tren , my cycle goals are to lean up and become more vascular if you could let me know that would be great thanks mate

Body fat is one of the more important factors when advice is given.

Not a good way to start out OP, just saying. At that high of BF, winstrol wont do squat. You need to be lean in order to see anything with it. Thats not being a smart A, it is being honest.

What do you suggest then, I have a good clean diet and train 5 days, plus physical work labor all day. What cutting supplements or anabolic way would you recommend. Thanks

If your diet is as clean as you say it is you would not be 17-19%bf, unless you are not eating at a calorie deficit, visit the nutrition section and post up your diet for some help, nothing you use will replace a poor diet.
