    Lightbulb Am I ready for Tren/Clen?

    This would be my second cycle. I was thinking about test p but i guess tren would be the best for the kind of results i am looking for.

    First cycle was test e at 500mg, 12 weeks, pct, its been 12 weeks since last pin. I would start the next cycle in first week of December.

    Stats: 195, 18%, 5'' 10.5'.

    Tren at 300mg a week for 10 weeks, clen regular protocol(2 weeks on 2 off(120mg max))

    edit: I am looking to slim down for the summer next year, in term of results im expecting to have a 6 pack by the end, this would be no 1 on the list.

    Nope. Not at 18% BF bro. I'd bring that down to 16% or less so you can benefit and lessen side effects.

    Tren /Clen is not a healthy cycle unless you incorporate testosterone in there.

    What would you recommend then? Test p at 100mg ed? for 8 weeks, clen (2on, 2off, 2 on 2 off.), hcg , comid & nolva for pct?

    Dude..you start now and you can go from 18-13 by summer without fkn with any AAS or clen . Do not consider AAS a diet cause you will end up dissapointed

    If you can remember I posted a while ago about being really depressed on pct. I have been very excited to start a new cycle, lol.

    This is more of a diet issue I believe.

    If your stats are correct, your LBM should be 159.9 -- so that x 15 = 2400. So you need to be eating 1900 calories per day or less, minding your macronutrients of course. I'd get the diet dialed in first before you run any gear, once you get a handle on a good diet you will have amplified results with AAS. Check out the nutrition section and let the pro's critique your diet.

    Good advice, repped. yeah, i will go on caloric deficient diet at ~2500(100c, 100f, 300p), will incorporate low pase cardio(45 min) after every workout session. So you think i shouldn't mess with clen yet, instead i should use anavar ?

    I dont like clen . Some can handle it, not me. If anything, try an ECA stack.

    I'm with Austin..stick to the diet and cardio ALONE for the next 6 months and you will hit the numbers that will gaurantee a safer more successful cycle.

    Just try ECA+diet/cardio(of course) You'll see great result no need to use AAS for that kind of goal
