Labels are worthless, serial #'s unless a known pharmaceutical company are worthless. This is your second cycle and nothing compares to your first cycle as far as gains. Your at week 8 and if the math is correct 4 kilos would be somewhere around 9lbs? Wouldnt claim it is bunk, really can not even say if it is under dosed. How long was it ago when you did your first cycle? How long have you been dieting this way, only 8 weeks? Your diet taking in that much calories, carbs and protein would most definitely put that weight on if you were not use to eating like that. Answer those questions
