Wondering how much cardio a week I should do to harden up nicely. I'm currently 5"8 185 pounds 18 % bf. My goal is 195 15% bf. Obviously diet and cardio will be key so any info on both would be much appreciated.

I wouldnt be running ANY cycle until you get to or below 15% bf. Your diet and cardio should be on point before any cycle otherwise its a waste of time, energy, and money and will do more harm to your body then good.
Sounds good thanks. I won't be doing this cycle until feb because I just came off a test deca cycle so that gives me some time to loose fat.
