I would start with .25 eod, then titrate up to .5 eod if necessary based on sides.

Too much is a question based on individual needs. As Mick said.. .25 EOD is usually enough for most. If you start to notices any common E2 related sides then bump up by .25

I agree with the guys above. .25mg EOD and watch for bloating, increased acne and uncontrollable crying.

I cut the pills into 8ths more or less. Take an extra day or two off before starting up at the lower dose
