3rd cycle howsit look
So, as title suggests this my 3rd cycle, am just over a week in so far..
Stats
27yrs old
90kg/198lb
182cm/6' ish
13 - 14 % BF
Training for 5 years solidly,
Goal is to get as close to 10%bf as possible at current weight or add a kg or two and more vascularity,
TDEE = 2900 cals, current intake is at 2750 ish, have posted my full diet in nutrition forum for critique
Cycle history
1st Test E 500mg/wk 12 weeks
2nd Sust250 500mg/wk Deca 500mg/wk for 14 weeks
Current cycle
Test E (bayer Primotestan) 250mg/ml (frontloading for 4 weeks, 12 weeks all up)
RWR injectable stanazol 50mg/ml (6 weeks all up)
HCG (Ovidrel 6500iu/.5ml mixed with 2ml bac water = 0.1ml 260iu)
AR-R Liquidex
Week 1
Test E x 1000mg (500mg every 3.5 days)
HCG 260iu x 2
Adex x .25mg E3D
Week 2 - 4
Test E x 1000mg
Stana x 50mg ED
HCG 260iu x 2
Adex .25mg E3D
Week 5 - 7
Test E 750mg
Stana x 50mg ED
HCG 260iu x 2
Adex .25 E3D
Week 8 - 12
Test E 750mg
HCG 260iu x 2
Adex .25mg E3D
Week 13 - 14
HCG 1000iu EOD
Nolva 20mg ED
Week 15 - 16
Clomid 100mg ED
Nolva 40mg ED
Week 17 - 19
Clomid 50mg ED
Nolva 20mg ED
Ditched the deca after a poor recovery from last cycle, 4 week pct of clomid nolva waited 4 weeks got BW done was still totally shut down. Had to run HCG restart, then another 4 week Clom/Nolv PCT, waited another 4 weeks, BW came back good. . 16 weeks all up since end of last cycle.
Have Anavar available, thinking about throwing in 6 weeks at 60mg ED?
Winny (injectable) & anavar should give good results?
Workouts roughly as follows;
MON AM fasted cardio PM chest
TUES AM fasted cardio PM back
WEDS PM Shoulders
THURS AM fasted cardio PM rest
FRI PM bis/tris
SAT AM fasted cardio PM Legs
SUN rest
Focus on compound lifts for all major muscle groups (deads/squats/bench/military press etc)
Workout days flexible depending on how the body feels..

Don't run a cycle to get lean. Just run period, eat less carbs and do more cardio. The steroids will not make you lean. There is no shortcut including AAS. It will cost you 0$ and you will have 0 side effects and you will reach your goals much easier.

Nothing wrong with cutting on gear.
But you got frontloading all wrong bro. That is excessive and your blood work is going to be out of whack.
This much gear will not help you at all. All you need is enough to retain muscle. The rest is diet and training. If you were using primo or mast, I'd say you might be going for a finsihed "look", but you're just pumping massive amounts of test.
If you go through this, PCT is weak and needs to be more aggressive.

Thanks for the input!
I am 100% aware that steroids are not going to make me any leaner, I am still hoping to gain as much muscle mass as it is possible on a slightly calorie deficit diet, and prevent any muscle loss associated with a lot of cardio..
The 1-2% bf drop I will be doing with as you say, low carbs and plenty of cardio! Am prepared to throw in fasted cardio ED..

on a deficit? You might want to take that cycle to 9 month to a year. (Not recommending that).

thanks austinite, lol yea a year on cycle sounds like a nice way toward trt!
What would you suggest?
Guess I really need to get certain on how important losing a small amount of bf is compared to say a lean bulk..
I'm about 150 cal under maintainance at the mo..
Could bump up to a couple hundred over? Even at slightly higher calorie intake enough fasted cardio and predominant protien intake should still help atleast keep my bf where it is..
Yes I hear you about the high test dose, I guess I sorta thought rather than add other harsher compounds I could bump the test a bit, will take your advice and do away with the high front load..

Yeah exactly. That's why I don't recommend it. I only said it because your goals seem unattainable.
I would cut on test 500 and get down to 12% or lower, and then introduce either var or winny for the last 6 to 8 weeks.
Cutting and bulking is possible. But you're looking at a VERY long term goal. Better off bulking then cutting in 2 cycles. Hate to see you waste so much test.

Gotchya, great advice..
I have been doing the AM cardio for 4-5 weeks allrdy before cycle, and have noticed a good difference allrdy, I think getting to 12% before mid december is deffinatly possible (with a lot of sweat lost!)
I like the idea of cutting then bulking, I'm deffinatly after lean gains at the end of this cycle, with the least amount of water retention. Am keeping sodium low, and my water follows me everywhere so take in 8ltrs a day minimum..
Will lower the test, and keep diet as is for now (have posted in diet section, can't post links yet) and hammer the treadmill.. After say 6 weeks will get bf checked and see where I'm at.. May throw in the var for the last 6 weeks n bump cal's abit over maint. See how this goes first.
