    Clen during PCT??

A buddy of mine claims that its perfectly fine to use Clen during PCT for cutting. I think he's an idiot.

Anyone wanna put their two cents in on this

I can see how the anti-catabolic can be beneficial. When I did PCT back in the day, I never really wanted to be on a caloric deficit, especially considering elevated catabolic cortisol levels at that stage. I'd supplement with fair doses of Vitamin C three times daily to counter.

Counters elevated cortisol levels, which is catabolic.

Yes you can run clen , but I wouldnt lower the calories during PCT imo. I would even consider increasing them.

With regards to the vitamin C...there's been a study that was published that showed statistically significant decrease in cortisol levels in bodybuilders who supplemented with 1000mg vitamin c. The general consensus in the bodybuilding community has been to take 3000mg

Yes you can use clen in pct but for its anti catabolic effects but don't try and cut in pct otherwise you'll waste away the precious muscle tissue you built.

I know this is a broad question, but can someone tell me if Clenbuterol is harsher and more likely to cause damage to you than most AAS substances? It seems like Clenbuterol is a useful substance, but it sounds dangerous when you hear about possible sides like tremors, hands shaking, problems with the heart etc. I've never used Clenbuterol before but I wouldn't mind using it during my PCT phase to help with keeping gains - I wouldn't be on a calorie deficit. I'd also only use it at a low dose compared to what most people would use on here. Any help would be great.
