Yep. There are some genuine nice guys who are only too happy to help and give great advice. But then there's others who think there's only one way something should be done and that they are god's gift to the gym. I just ignore them.
The worst part is if they've never lifted a weight in their life and they're trying to give advice...can't stand that shit..there's a neverending supply of themQuote:

I'm bigger than most at my gym. I outlift 95% of them too. But I keep my mouth shut. I'm not cut, I feel you should practice what you preach. If people ask about diet I give them the gist of eat more than maintenance = growth. But I tell them to do their own research. If I was cut up like a lot of you guys is feel more comfortable to give advice.
I HATE that 110lb guy that wanders over whilst I'm deadlifting 4x his bodyweight to give me tips, because he's so small and skinny that you can't help but see his abs/ribs. This instantly makes him think he's a gymbuff.
Lile al the clown "trainers" at my gym... thede either bean poles or way over weight and there giving advise all day to people lol I never quite understood that... I mean they obviously don't have the formula so why listen to themQuote:
