I work out almost everyday, slack on the cardio but just started it back up, i'm looking to try CLEN
is ar-r a legit site to buy this stuff and corresponding with height and weight how much should i take a day, i've researched A LOT on this product and i know you should use it for 2 weeks and get off for two weeks.

SECOND REPLY- Hi, First of all welcome on the site. And I wish you good luck with clen I'm the same stats as you and I'm starting clen in 3 weeks. and i was planning to to 20-40-60-80-100(Increase the dose when the side are bearable.)
Also at your second 2 weeks of clen i would recommend to restart to 20 mcg. (some say start higher than the last time) Because it's your first time better be safe on that... it's a powerful stimulant so it may be a bit less efficient but for the safety of your heart I think it worth it.
And don't forget to buy taurine too. And yes Ar-r is 100% legit.

monday- 20mcg
tuesday-40 mcg
wednesday-60 mcg
thursday-80 mcg
friday- 100 mcg
and then start back up the second week at 20?
has anyone else tried this product and tell me what they did different and how their results were
a bottle of this stuff cost 59.99
i would need 3 bottles to complete that 2 week cycle , are there any alternatives? maybe finish the two week cycle with one bottle?
