    Arimidex, hcg and water retention?

Will arimidex and HCG completely combat water retention and wipe it out completely?

Adex will help with bloat if it's E2 related. HCG has no effect man.

    ^^ This.

Diet is the single most important variable when it comes to water retention while using AAS.

If you're holding water it very well may be your body telling you to drink more!

Could you explain what type of diet would cause water retention? Too much salt??

Too much sodium, too many carbs, not enough water intake, are the big three. And if you diet is high in fat,(which will increase your odds of developing sides) will promote bloating and water retention as well.
