i personally like quads. but you'll get lots of differing opinions from every member here. in the end, its just down to personal preference. there isn't any one site that is better than all the rest.

    good luck for your cycle!

I've only ever done glutes. Hard to miss the right spot with them

all a matter of preference delts and triceps are easiest for me but i think the common consensus among users is that glutes are the safest and easiest for beginners remember to aspirate

Quads is by far my favourite, I do my upper outer quad, separate your quad in 3 horizontally, and then in 3 vertically and pin in the upper outer square closest to your hip. Remember to aspirate (once the pin is in, pull back a little to see if there's blood in there, if so take the pin out and grab another spot). I pit with a 23g 1" pin and seriously have 0 pain going in, injecting, coming out. I massage it for about a minute after I'm done injecting too. I weirdly enjoy pinning my quads.

Glutes are easiest, quads you may get nerve issues so insert the pin SLOWLY. You'll feel it coming and get some twitching so you'll know to move to a new location.

Exactly the same, but I don't massage them after.
